Recovery and Wellness Program

The Redding Rancheria Recovery and Wellness Program, within Churn Creek Wellness and Dental consists of a multidisciplinary team including expert medical providers, licensed therapists, drug and alcohol counselors, case managers, and support staff. We strive to meet the patient where they are and provide options for sustainable recovery from drugs and alcohol.

Medication Assisted Treatment

After an initial evaluation by our provider, a customized treatment plan is created to suit individual needs. This may include medication to help support your recovery.

Opioid Use

Suboxone is a sublingual tablet or film that contains buprenorphine and naloxone. We also offer an injectable version.

Alcohol Use

We offer a variety of medication options to customize you treatment plan. Additional services may include counseling and case management.

Polysubstance Use

Our team will help you determine where to start and find a treatment plan that works best for you.

Case Management and Supportive Counseling

Case Management services are critical throughout the recovery journey. We assist in connecting patients with resources. Needs include but are not limited to: housing assistance, linkage to primary or specialty care, withdrawal management, and general advocacy and support for those in need.
